Your mind is so much stronger than you believe it is at this moment. This class will show you, and we’re going to have a blast doing it, living, laughing, breathing, and getting cold. You have a built-in tool that directly dictates what your body does when it encounters stress; breathwork will empower you to change your biochemistry and choose when you want to be calm and focused.
This class teaches you how to tap into your breath and decide how you want to feel.
Most people have an F score on their breathing IQ; we will take your score and fix it. Improving your Breathing IQ score will improve your endurance and athleticism drastically.
We will correct the mechanics of your breathing, explain a little of the science behind it, and then put it to the test by hopping in an ice bath, a potent stressor, using our breath to find peace in the cold. Immediately after our session, your ability to deal with stress and anxiety will noticeably improve. The ice bath part is totally optional, you can hop in for a second, not at all, or for the full two minutes, or play it by ear and make a game-time decision; this is your journey.

This workshop is fit for most but does require a basic level of health. To be safe, we advise against participation during pregnancy or if you are epileptic.
