Years ago, I experienced my first breathwork session; it was a 90-minute video call that changed my life forever. I learned that how you breathe affects how you feel, and how you feel affects how you breathe. My first breathwork class gave me the power to identify breathing styles and patterns and the exercises and mechanics to manipulate my body and mind’s response to stress through the breath.
The breath is a powerful tool, like a hammer. Just like a hammer, you can build a beautiful house with it or smash your fingers; your ability to harness this tool will determine if it is a benefit or a liability.

Most people are unaware of a Breathing IQ score, and even more, people have an F Breathing IQ grade, drastically hindering their physical and mental health. We will review your Breathing IQ score, identify what you would like to improve on in your life, and develop an individualized approach to improve both. After our first session, you will transform from a victim “who breathes like this because I feel like this” to someone “who feels like this because I chose to breathe like this.”
WHAT TO BRING
Measuring Tape (tailor’s measuring tape, should be soft so that you can wrap it around your body)
Comfortable and quiet place to sit (yoga mat or towel)
